We want to celebrate the incredible milestone that ITL 2025 participants have achieved by completing their three-month leadership journey. Twenty-eight emerging leaders from across the globe are ready to live out the Christ-centered leadership principles they have learned over the past three months.

Through your generosity as ITL Alumni Champions, you made this possible by giving new leaders the tools, training, and mentorship to transform nations through biblical leadership. Thank you for your continued support and prayers, which will continue to bear fruit in lives and communities across the world.

Yet, we know that true transformation happens beyond campus. The next step is walking alongside our new leaders as they return to their communities to build sustainable ministries, lead reconciliation efforts, and influence change. These challenging contexts are where your continued support as Alumni Champions makes all the difference.

Sustain mentorship and discipleship for new ITL graduates beyond ALICT training
Provide resources for new alumni projects and community initiatives.
Strengthen leadership networks that promote accountability, collaboration, and spiritual growth.
Equip the new alumni to multiply Christ-centered transformation in their regions.

Dear ITL Alumni,

Since its founding, ITL has walked with over 500 emerging leaders from 116 nations, equipping them to transform communities and nations in Africa and around the world through Christ-centred leadership. If you’re reading this, you are one of them. Your story is part of something greater, and today we invite you to pass the baton.

We’re launching the ITL Alumni Champion Program, a new initiative designed to build a strong foundation of alumni support for future participants. This is your opportunity to give back, stay connected through resource partnering, give where you know it will make a huge impact, and invest directly in the lives of emerging leaders who will follow in your footsteps.

Our Goal for the ITL Alumni Champion Program

We are prayerfully seeking 40 ALICT Alumni Champions who are willing to commit to raising, contributing, or donating at least $25/month starting July 30, 2025.

Your monthly support will help cover the cost of our next intensive residential ALICT program, enabling leaders from diverse backgrounds to participate and be equipped for sustainable, Christian transformation in their communities.

Why Your Support Matters

The total cost for each participant is $6,000, including accommodation, food, training, and travel. Twenty alumni giving $25 for a year will support one participant, while 40 will make it possible for two participants to attend ALICT!
Every participant must contribute a mandatory $750 fee, even if they receive a scholarship to cover at least 12.5% of the above operational costs. 20 alumni giving $25 will, by year-end, support 4 participants’ mandatory fees, and 40 will support 8 participants.
Limited scholarships are available, but urgent funding is needed to support leaders who are willing, ready, and called but not financially able to meet this cost.

Most importantly, you’ll be partnering in the mission to raise a new generation of Christian, servant-hearted leaders at a critical time when leadership makes a significant difference in the world today.

Invite fellow alumni to join you by sharing on social media or in personal messages
Email us at alumni@itl.org.za if you’d like to:

- Mobilise other alumni in your city or country to join in together giving $25 or more per month, or
- help raise funds from others, or
- if you have additional questions regarding your giving, or
- need to arrange for an alternative method of transferring funds

For Group Giving
1.⁠ ⁠Connect with your XTeam facilitator (if you live in a city where there is a XTeam), or contact alumni from your city or region or country who you know
2.⁠ ⁠Assign one trusted team member to collect your gifts
