The ITL Seeding Enterprise program aims to empower Alumni in their social enterprises so that they can fulfill their mission towards the community and the Kingdom of God while having revenue-generating activities to sustain their operation.

In order to achieve this, we enlist experienced entrepreneurs and professionals dedicated to serving the Kingdom, to journey with the alumni, empowering their businesses to realize their full potential.

The program consists in a 9-month journey including the following elements:

• 1-on-1 Business coaching with an assigned entrepreneur for a personalized support.The participant commits to a minimum of 2*45 minutes coaching meetings per month.
• Participation to Think Tanks: Every 3 months online events, for inputs and experience sharing. Participating alumni are given an opportunity to present their case and get inputs, questions, feedback from a group of entrepreneurs or professionals.
• Evaluation at the end of the 9 months to ensure accountability, assess the achievement of the objectives as well as effectiveness of the program.
